Standard  Fee: $35+Tax

Notarization, Certification: 

• 1st to 2nd notarization:   $35 each + Tax

• 3rd to 5th notarization:   $25 each + Tax

• 6th and up notarization: $17 each + Tax  

The Notary will need to meet with signatories in person to certify their signatures, but  the signatories might not be able to travel to our office for many reasons. For example when a large number of people are required to sign. Furthermore, when a Notary will come to meet the client, the location can be picked based on the most convenient one to the client. Such locations vary and include Board rooms, Offices of Businesses, Retirement Homes, and other Public places (Malls, Tim Hortons, McDonald, Etc.).

 Upon choosing the service when a request for booking is sent,  the Notary will confirm the location, number of signatories, number of notarizations, and the type of the documents with you. For large groups, the person who books the appointment will organize the meeting and will provide the Notary with the information required before the appointment. This information includes the instructions based on which the Notary will certify signatures. All the signatories including the witnesses will need to meet at the booked time slot and carry one government Photo ID.  The organizer will need to provide the Notary, before the appointment, with the information based on which the Notary will allocate enough time to complete the notarization.  This is to avoid the notarization to be prolonged at an extra cost or extended to another appointment.
